CMC Motorsports® is an eCommerce retailer. You can only find us online. Orders can be placed on our online store 24/7, 365 days of the year.

Do You Wholesale Your Products?
Yes! Our exclusive partnership allows us to wholesale distribute F1 apparel and accessories in the United States. This includes Porsche and BMW Motorsports.
Additionally, we wholesale all of the Motorsports brands we sell. The only exception is Memorabilia.

Payments
What Types of Payments Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Payments, PayPal Express Payments, and Amazon Pay. Additionally, we accept CMC Motorsports® E-Gift Cards.
Is My Credit Card Information Secure?
We take the protection of your personal information very seriously, and it is a top priority to us. All of your data is SSL encrypted. We do not store or save any of your credit card information on our servers. Our site is protected and secure, so please order with confidence!
What Currencies Can I Purchase In?
You can choose your preferred currency from a dropdown list of available currencies located in the upper right hand corner of our website’s header on desktop. On mobile devices, the currency options are located at the bottom of the main menu.
Once selected, the website will show pricing in your local currency, and you will be able to checkout and complete your purchase in this currency.

Do You Offer Discounts?
We offer first time customers a welcome discount when you sign up for the CMC Motorsports® mailing list. This discount is valid on full-price items and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. It is limited to one use per customer. These restrictions are automatically applied and monitored.
Sales and Special Promotions are held throughout the year, so stay tuned! Sign up for our emails to be notified of special subscriber sales and early access.

How Is the Discount Applied to My Order?
Discounts are applied using two methods:
Discount Code is provided and entered at checkout
Discount is automatically applied at checkout
What If My Discount Code Is Not Working?
Your discount code may not work for the following reasons:
Only one code can be used per purchase
Some codes are limited to one use per person
The code might have expired
Promotion is automatically applied at checkout, not in conjunction with discount code
There are terms and conditions that will apply to each discount code. If you check the parameters associated with the promotion and are still having an issue, please contact us by email at sales@cmcmotorsports.com or call our Customer Service department at (732) 530-2199.
Can I Get a Price Adjustment If My Item Goes on Sale?
At this time we do not offer price adjustments once an item is ordered.
Do You Sell Gift Cards?
Yes! E-Gift Cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to you. The cards are available in amounts from $25 to $500 USD. E-Gift Cards can be purchased here and may only be redeemed on the CMC Motorsports® website.
E-cards include an Add to Apple Wallet button to automatically open the gift card in Apple Wallet. The gift card’s active balance can be tracked here.
Note: At this time the purchaser is emailed the E-Gift Card, and they must forward the email to the recipient's email address.
Gift cards will not expire until five years after the date of purchase.
What If My Payment Gets Declined?
If your payment method was declined, there may be an issue with incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new payment option or contact your bank or credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order. For further assistance, contact us.
Orders
Can I Change My Order Once It’s Been Placed?
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Will I Receive An Order Confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number with details. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.
How Can I Check My Order Status?
To track your order status in real time, you have the option to install the Shop app from your order status. The Shop app provides you with up-to-date information so that you can track your order. At the moment, this app is available for the United States, Canada, and Australia. Customers outside these countries won’t see the option to install Shop on the order status page.
Shop is free and available on mobile devices with the following operating systems:
iOS (version 10.3 or later) for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Android (version 5.0 or later)
Notifications are sent throughout the Shipping and Delivery Process, including:
Shipping Confirmation - sent when order is fulfilled
Shipping Update - sent if the the order’s tracking number is updated
Shipment Out For Delivery - sent when the order is out for delivery
Shipment Delivered - sent when the order is delivered
Please note if you purchase a pre-order you will not receive a confirmation until the order ships. This date is displayed on the product page of the style you pre-ordered.

Preorders
Pre-orders will ship on or around the estimated shipping date shown on the product page. Orders containing in-stock items along with preorder items will not ship until all items are in stock. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship.

Where Do You Ship from?
CMC Motorsports® ships worldwide. All orders ship from our warehouse located in Little Silver, NJ, USA.
Do You Offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping will automatically calculate as free when you checkout with a cart value of $100 or more to a U.S. destination.
What Are Your Shipping Options?
The cut-off time for order delivery is 12:00 PM EST. Domestic shipments in the USA are made through the USPS, Fed-X, or UPS. International shipments are shipped with FedEx International Connect Plus, which is a premium, expedited service.
What Are Your Shipping Costs?
The USPS can experience shipping delays during the holiday season. Please take this into consideration when doing your holiday shopping. USPS First Class and Priority Mail is not guaranteed by the USPS. Only Priority Express is Guaranteed to be delivered on time. We are unable to provide you with a refund if you do not receive your First-class or priority Mail within the USPS Delivery Standard. CMC Motorsports is not responsible for unforeseen carrier related delays. Expedited shipping charges are not refundable.International duties and tazes are charged by the receiving country and are non-refundable for any reason.

How Quickly Will My Order Be Processed & Shipped?
We process shipments within 24 hours of reception of the order, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders received before 12 PM will be shipped on the same day. We do our best to have orders delivered to you with the estimated time frame. Please take into consideration that shipping times are reliant on postal services.
Estimated shipping times for domestic shipments within the continental USA are as follows:
USPS Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days (Not Guaranteed)
USPS Expedited Shipping - 2-3 business days (Not Guaranteed)
FedEx Standard Overnight - next day delivery (Guaranteed)
FedEx 2nd Day- 2 business days to most areas.
NOTE:
The USPS has been experiencing ongoing delays with shipping in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please take this into consideration when doing your holiday shopping. USPS First Class and Priority Mail is not guaranteed by the USPS. Only Priority Express is Guaranteed to be delivered on time. We are unable to provide you with a refund if you do not receive your First-class or priority Mail within the USPS Delivery Standard.
How Long Does It Take For a Pre-Order to Be Delivered?
If you have pre-ordered an item, the ETA date is displayed on the product page. Your order will be shipped from us on that date.
If your order also includes an in-stock item, the order will not ship until all items are received. If this is an issue, we suggest you make a separate order for immediate shipment.
Can I Track My Delivery?
Once we’ve shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email from USPS, FedEx, or UPS for domestic shipments or USPS/DHL for international shipments. Once your order has been shipped, any delivery changes will need to be made directly with the carrier. CMC Motorsports® no longer has control of the shipment once it has left our warehouse.
What Happens If I Miss My Delivery?
Should you miss your delivery, you will receive a missed delivery note from the carrier, and your package will be taken to the local post office or parcel shop. If this happens, follow the instructions given to arrange for the package to be delivered at your convenience. Time limitations involved with this delivery process are approximately 7-10 business days depending on the carrier used. Please make the appropriate arrangements to collect your shipment as instructed.
If the package is not collected in time and is returned to us, we will make a refund of your purchase minus the cost of shipping depending on the circumstances involved.
How Do You Handle Additional Charges For Customs?
Additional charges for customs clearance are collected at checkout by the carrier. CMC Motorsports® has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Charges for duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer, and cannot be refunded by CMC Motorsports or the carrier.
Lost, Damaged Or Stolen Deliveries
CMC Motorsports now offers Route Package Protection during checkout for all orders. For a small additional fee, Route will cover your package in the event of carrier loss, theft or damage. Once a Route claim is approved, the customer will have a choice of replacing or refunding their order.
Please note: If Route Package Protection is declined at checkout, CMC Motorsports is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Returns
What Is Your Return Policy?
CMC Motorsports® is committed to excellent customer service. We would like every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We take pride in the merchandise we sell and take every possible measure to ensure you are pleased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at sales@cmcmotorsports.com , and we will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt of shipment. Our returns portal will provide step-by-step return instructions and provide a pre-paid return label (for domestic US returns only). Merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags attached for full credit. Click here to start a return.
Please note, all Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned for credit.

Can I Make an Exchange?
In order to provide the best customer return experience, CMC Motorsports™ has recently updated our return process, and we are now able to accept exchanges. If you are unhappy with the item you have received or have received the incorrect size or style, please return it within 60 days for an exchange or refund at this link: Returns
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email at sales@cmcmotorsports.com within 2 days of receiving the shipment. In the email please note the order number, item description, and details of the damage. Start an exchange here
Do You Offer Free Returns?
Yes, we do offer free returns and exchanges (domesctic US addresses only).
We cannot accept liability for returned shipments that do not reach our warehouse or are damaged in transit.
What if I am making an International return or refuse shipment?
International orders that are refused by the buyer incur additional freight and import taxes in order to be returned to the sender. These additional fees will be deducted from the customer’s product refund. At this time we don't offer printed return labels for international returns. What Happens Once You’ve Received My Return?
Once we receive your return in our warehouse it will be processed and inspected to make sure it matches the reason specified for the return. Once approved, we will issue you a refund for the value of the return, not including shipping. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days once received in our warehouse. The only exception to this is during seasonal volume changes.
What Should I Do If I Have Not Received My Refund?
Your refund will automatically be applied to the payment method you used on your original order. The refund can take 7-10 business days depending on your payment type, and we have no control over this process. We suggest that you contact your payment provider if there is an issue at this point.
